Mbane Contracting specialises in the installation of earthing for Telecommunication facilities, in particular the tower and rooftop sites developed by Plessey for MTN.

We install ring earths around the buildings and containers housing the Telecommunications equipment, which ensure that should the tower or mast be struck by lighting, the flow of current runs safely into the ground, without damaging the sensitive electronic equipment contained in the room.

We do all the electrical reticulation of the containers and rooms used to house the Telecommunications equipment. We work strictly according to the Client's specifications.

We also upgrade the electrical circuits of sites that are being adapted to the 3G standard, connect temporary and permanent generators, as well as connect the sites to the local supply authority points.

All our sites are inspected by an Installation Electrician, who issues the necessary documentation, as required.
