Welcome to Mbane Contracting

Mbane Contracting is an electrical contracting company based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa and was established in July 2000. It forms part of the Stratlec Group of Electrical and Building Automation Contractors.

Mbane Contracting focus on general electrical contracting work in the industrial, commercial, retail and domestic sectors. Our expertise, however, lies in electrical and earthing installations for the Telecommunications industry.

Mbane Contracting has been closely involved with the development of the MTN network infrastructure in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. Initially working with Transtel and later Plessey, a quality product was delivered to MTN.

We serviced the Eastern Cape for MTN by providing electrical reticulation, earthing and lightning protection for new cellular sites and also upgraded several existing sites. We have also worked at Telkom, Cell C and Vodacom sites.
