Mbane Contracting is an electrical contracting company based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa and was established in July 2000.

Mbane Contracting focus on general electrical contracting work in the industrial, commercial, retail and domestic sectors. Our expertise, however, lies in electrical and earthing installations for the Telecommunications industry.

Mbane Contracting has been closely involved with the development of the MTN network infrastructure in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. Initially working with Transtel, Mbane Contracting’s major client is now Plessey. Plessey is a telecoms infrastructure solutions company.

Working since 2008 with Plessey, a quality product is delivered to MTN. We service the entire Eastern Cape for MTN by providing electrical reticulation, earthing and lightning protection for new cellular sites and also maintain all existing sites.
